Key Responsibilities of the Chartered Building Surveyor:
Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of professional and project services
Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and prepare technical reports
Provide expert advice on design, construction, maintenance, and compliance
Manage client relationships and multidisciplinary teams from inception to completion
Support junior surveyors and contribute to the consultancy's business development initiativesRequirements:
MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with consultancy experience
Demonstrable experience delivering high-value projects across varied sectors
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Proactive, commercially aware, and collaborative in approach
