Chartered Building Surveyor
Are you a recently MRICS chartered Building Surveyor looking to make the most of your hard-earned MRICS status?
If so, this well-established and highly professional multidisciplinary consultancy offers an ideal opportunity, based out of its London office near to Victoria station.
With multiple offices across the UK and a diverse client base – residential, commercial, heritage, hotels, industrial and more – there is ample opportunity to widen your experience and progress your career.
The Chartered Building Surveyor’s role
Working as part of an experienced and growing team, you will immediately work with high calibre clients across a range of diverse sectors and projects.
The work will be varied with a blend of bank / project monitoring and building surveying instructions such as Party Wall, Dilapidations and Surveys.
You will benefit from working alongside highly experienced senior colleagues, and your workload will, where possible, be aligned to where you live, minimising any excessive travel.
The Chartered Building Surveyor
* Recently MRICS qualified – this is essential
* Worked within a UK Chartered Surveying / Consultancy environment
* Team player with strong communication skills
