🔑 Your Role
• Deliver commercial project work, including office & industrial refurbishments
• Lead on contract administration & project management
• Undertake professional work such as dilapidations, surveys & due diligence
🎯 Skills & Experience Required
• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
• Ideally 3+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate)
• Strong commercial sector experience
