A successful Chartered Building Surveyor should have:
Chartered status with a recognised professional body.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations.
Experience in property surveys and project management.

Temp to perm: salary of up to £45,000 on a perm basis once successful completion of an interim contract.
