A respected property consultancy in Cheltenham is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects and broaden your surveying expertise across multiple sectors, including commercial, leisure, and residential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and valuations
Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and tender documentation
Provide clients with property advice and support project management
Contribute to internal business development initiatives
Work towards, or support others with, APC preparation if not fully chartered
Key Requirements:
MRICS-qualified or close to completion
Consultancy experience preferred
Strong report writing and presentation skills
Excellent organisational and client management abilities
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £60,000 depending on experience
