EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The position is for an North West (Manchester) based consultancy working in the built environment.
The role is for a Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS carrying out the following responsibilities:
* Contract administration
* Project based work
* Professional services; condition reports, dilapidations etc.
* Valuations, variations etc.
* Supporting junior building surveyors
Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS requirements for the role are:
* Minimum of 4 years experience
* Either residential, commercial or education experience ideal.
* Autonomously running projects
* MRICS
* Both project and professional services experience.
