Chartered Surveyor, Agency – Leeds – £40,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

 TSA Surveying Recruitment are working with one of the leading multi disciplinary Partner led firms in Leeds who operate across Agency, Valuation, Property Management and Building Consultancy. 
 
They are looking for a Chartered Surveyor to lead the Agency offering and to help grow the department a long side the growth of the firm. The opportunity provides someone with a career pathway right the way to the top whilst being supported by some of the most experienced surveyors in Leeds! 
 
This firm work off traditional ethos and values which ensures the clients are central to everything they do, whilst working in a modern way to maximise efficiency and value. 
 
The Agency offering mainly covers Office, Retail and Industrial and as such they are open to someone with any form of Agency experience. 
 
 Experience and qualifications you will have

MRICS with at least three years PQE
Experience working in Agency
Office, Retail, Industrial experience ideal but NOT essential
Prepared to go out and win new business to support growth plans
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
