What You Will Do:

- Lead the development of axle CAD concepts and integrate corner modules and axle links into subframes and the rest of the vehicle for multiple platforms.

- Support Axle Integration Engineers by organising workload, providing technical direction, and ensuring timely delivery of programme objectives.

- Create suspension layout studies, check packaging for kinematics, dynamic envelopes, and other functional requirements.

- Generate and release suspension hard point datasheets and cascade these to relevant teams.

- Develop and complete the Design Verification Plan (DVP) for suspension assemblies using CAD as the validation tool.

- Innovate and refine processes to improve axle design efficiency and meet programme timelines.

What You Will Bring:

- A Mechanical Engineering degree (MEng, BEng, MSc, or BSc) or equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in Catia v6 (Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE) with a working knowledge of kinematics.

- Strong knowledge of suspension design fundamentals, packaging, and functional requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.

- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adopt new methods to enhance team effectiveness.
