About the Role:
As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via live chat and messaging platforms.
You will be responsible for resolving queries efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
· Handle multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy and quality
· Resolve issues related to products, services, and account queries
· Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
· Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
· Follow internal processes and service guidelines
· Contribute to improving customer support workflows
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience in customer support or chat-based roles
· Strong written communication skills with clear and professional tone
· Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of conversations
· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable using chat systems and CRM tools
· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Nice to Have:
· Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or service-based industries
· Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or LiveChat
· Experience working in remote teams
