Job Description
Align recruitment are looking for multiple Band 6 CHC workers to work for a trust in South west England.
Workers will be able to work remotely and complete remote assessments. There may be need for face-to-face assessments if identified as a requirement, however this will be very limited.
Must be competent at CHC assessments and Reviews.
DoLs worker must have experience of completing community DoLS and be competent at MCA.
PHB wor.ker must have knowledge of completing Care and Support Plans and PHB guidance
