Key Responsibilities:

Run your own section efficiently and maintain kitchen best practices
Support senior chefs with menu prep and service delivery
Follow all food safety, health & hygiene regulations
Work collaboratively as part of a well-organised and friendly team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
Experience in high-volume or contract catering environments is a plus
A positive attitude and team spirit
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum)
