Head Chef (daytime hours) required for a establishment within driving distance of Norwich, this establishment cooks fresh rustic dishes using seasonal local food. It is lunches and breakfasts with snacks and other meal items during the daytime. £30-35k, parking on site a good work life balance with the establishment not open evenings
The role
As a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure the breakfast, brunch and lunches run smoothly. you will ensure the fresh food is prepared, cooked and presented in a rustic way. the produce is local and its about showcasing fresh seasonal. The role includes all the normal head chef duties.
Experience
