What you'll be doing:
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a vital role in the kitchen brigade, supporting senior chefs and maintaining the high standards that define this Rosette-awarded kitchen. Your focus will be on consistency, creativity, and teamwork.
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
Working with locally sourced, seasonal, and foraged ingredients
Managing your own section efficiently during service
Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
Supporting the training and development of junior chefs
Contributing ideas for menu development and daily specials
What we're looking for:
We're searching for a talented Chef de Partie in Devon who's eager to learn, develop, and be part of a creative, ingredient-led kitchen.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for sustainability, local produce, and modern British cuisine
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work across a 5-day rota
