We are hiring a Chef de Partie in Chiswick, London. This role requires a reliable, hard-working team player to manage a busy kitchen section.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £34,000 including Tronc.
Better Work-Life Balance: Your hours will be mostly daytime, with only late shifts required from Thursday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie, you will manage a designated section, ensuring compliance, quality, and smooth service. You will:
Oversee a kitchen section, ensuring all mise en place is completed to standard and the station is ready for service.
Maintain the cleanliness and compliance of your station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Check and maintain kitchen equipment; monitor and adjust dish quality as necessary.
Assist in inventory management, report shortages, minimize waste, and participate in monthly stock counts.
Manage dietary requests and strictly follow allergens policies.
Attend kitchen meetings and complete required daily checklists/temperature monitoring forms for compliance.
Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere in the kitchen.
Requirements
We require a reliable, focused individual with a stable background.
Experience in a similar environment.
Must be hard-working, reliable, and a team player
