Our Buckinghamshire based client is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen brigade at their vibrant hospitality venue.
As a key member of the team, you will be integral in preparing high-quality food across a range of services.
This position is ideally suited to an individual who is enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn and develop their culinary skills. This is a fantastic chance to become part of this growing brand of unique properties and deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.
This position would require some flexibility on evenings and weekends, depending on the event schedule for the week. The salary on offer for this role is up to £26.6K DOE, working 45 hours a week. On-site accommodation is available, based on availability.
Key Responsibilities for the Chef de Partie role are:

Prepare, cook, and plate all dishes with meticulous attention to detail, consistently ensuring exceptional taste, visual presentation, and quality.
* Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop and execute menus that uphold our high standards of culinary excellence

Take ownership of your assigned kitchen section during service, managing workflows efficiently while strictly adhering to all food safety and hygiene protocols.

Assist in the management of stock rotation and inventory control to help minimise waste and maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
*
Mentor and train junior chefs, actively sharing your knowledge and passion to support the team’s professional growth.
Skills required for the Chef de Partie role are:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or equivalent role) demonstrating strong proficiency across various cooking techniques and cuisines.

A true passion for the culinary arts, coupled with an eagerness to follow and implement current gastronomic trends.
*
Exceptional organizational ability; comfortable managing multiple tasks and thriving under the pressure of a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
*
Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to achieving excellence in every dish.
*
Willingness and flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings, based on business needs.
*
Formal culinary qualifications are welcome, though not essential, as demonstrable experience is highly valued.
