Job Title: Chef De Partie 

Salary : £34,000 + Tips & benefits 

Hours : 40 to 45 hours per week Between 7am & 6pm

Your role
 As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key part in the kitchen team:

Prepare ingredients and maintaining quality and consistency
Section management, ensuring every dish meets high standards
Maintain hygiene and food safety across all kitchen areas
Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise food waste
Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House teams during busy periods
Continuously develop your culinary skills through hands-on experience 

What we're looking for

Proven experience in high-quality kitchens
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery
Creative, passionate, with pride in flavour, presentation, and seasonal cooking
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligible to work in the UK
