Are you a Chef De Partie seeking an new opportunity, we are looking for someone to join this awad winning 4 star hotel, situated in the heart of the beautiful Llandudno Seafront Promenade. The hotel pride's itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
As a dedicated Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own section, working alongside a team of talented chefs to create a culinary experience for guests at the highest standard. This is a unique chance to refine your skills within a historic and celebrated establishment.

As Chef De Partie, you'll be a key part of the kitchen brigade:

Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise waste
Work closely with the team of chefs and Front of House during busy service
Continue developing your skills in a professional kitchenWhat we're looking for
Experience in high-quality kitchens
