Salary: £32,000 + Service Charge
Platinum Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a luxury boutique hotel and destination restaurant in the Scottish Highlands to recruit a talented Chef de Partie for their high-end dining operation.
Set in one of Scotland's most iconic coastal locations, this award-winning property is recognised for its refined hospitality, exceptional seasonal food, and unique guest experience.

£32,000 salary
40-hour contract

What we're looking for:
Previous experience within high-end kitchens
Strong classical cooking foundation with refined presentation skills
Passion for seasonal Scottish produce
Calm and organised during service
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
A genuine desire to be part of a close-knit, ambitious brigade
Full driving licence preferred due to rural location

Running your own section to a consistently high standard
Preparing and executing refined dishes using exceptional local ingredients
Supporting senior chefs with menu development
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism
