Job Description

Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Chef de Partie for a fine dining Italian restaurant in West London.

It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere.

In a brigade of 10, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a strong Head Chef.

As well as a competitive salary, the company is offering many benefits to the successful applicant

Requirements

  * Held a similar position for at least 2 years

  * Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine

  * A team player willing to lead and share knowledge

  * A good communicator with management and junior chefs

  * A motivated individual, hands on in all sections

  * Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels

Benefits

  * Salary package: £38,000 to £42,000

  * The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday.

  * Christmas and New Year holidays

  * Some weekends off

  * Uniform provided

  * Meals on duty

* This is an on-site permanent role
