Resort Chef de Partie - £37k+ Package
Perthshire - Non Branded Ownership
Team Player required
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team in this Perthshire based resort.
This is a permanent, full-time, salaried position offering stability, career progression, and a brilliant working environment.
Offer details for such a CDP Team Player
The successful Chef de Partie will receive a starting salary of £32,000, plus tronc payments and a range of additional non-financial benefits.
In the CDP role itself
* Taking ownership of your section in a busy professional kitchen under the supervision of senior chefs in service.
* Assisting all other team members in maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation.
* Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients to deliver consistently excellent dishes.
* Maintaining a clean and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
* Contributing to menu innovation and daily specials.
You, our next Chef de Partie
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
* SVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent practical kitchen experience is evident.
* Passionate about food, quality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
* Flexible and reliable with a positive, team-first attitude.
