This 4 star hotel has an eclectic clientele and the variety of guests dictate the menus meaning that the successful Chef de Partie will be happy to cook ever changing dishes.
As with all properties on the Channel Islands you will be using some amazing ingredients, from stunning seafood to locally sourced items.
The Chef de Partie role is one of the key positions in the kitchen and you will be able to handle your section without needing supervision while mentoring the junior staff.
You will report directly to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and assist them wherever possible in maintaining the high standards that are synonymous with this hotel.
