Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals for our students and staff, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to the school menu and dietary requirements.
Assist in menu planning and development.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
Culinary qualification is desirable.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
