As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for managing your own section and contributing to the smooth running of the kitchen throughout the day. From breakfast through to evening service, you'll help maintain the highest food quality and presentation standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading a kitchen section (grill, pastry, larder, sauce etc.)
Preparing and cooking dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar snacks
