Chef de Partie – 1 AA Rosette – £35k+ OTE – Live-In Available (£300 Per Month) – Southwold, Suffolk
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our clients award-winning hotel, gastropub and fine dining venue in the beautiful coastal town of Southwold, Suffolk.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a stable brigade of 8, working with fresh, seasonal produce in a kitchen that proudly holds 1 AA Rosette and is committed to quality, consistency, and creativity.
Southwold, Suffolk
(With live-in accommodation available for permanent staff – approx. £300/month)
Salary & Benefits:
* Basic Salary: £30,000+ DOE
* OTE: £35,000+ (including tips)
* 45-hour contract, paid monthly
* Straight shifts – no splits
* 5 days over 7
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Preparing high-quality dishes from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Working across all sections of the kitchen as needed
* Contributing to the continued success of a 1 AA Rosette operation
* Supporting a friendly and collaborative team environment
