POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE
LOCATION: BURLEY, HAMPSHIRE
SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000

About the Role:
As Chef De Partie, you’ll be responsible for running your section efficiently, supporting the Head Chef in delivering a high standard of food during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing kitchen — perfect for someone who thrives on quality, teamwork, and consistency.
Responsibilities of the role of Chef De Partie:
* Prepare and present dishes to agreed specs and standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
* Assist in training and supporting junior kitchen staff
* Contribute to menu development and daily specials
The ideal candidate for this Chef De Partie role will be able to evidence:
* Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
* Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking
* Organised, calm under pressure, and a team player
* Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures
