Class 1 are hiring on behalf of the owners of Daniel's Bar and Kitchen for a brigade of Chef de Partie's to join the new concept in the heart of Ballina, Republic of Ireland, within the Hospitality and Catering world.
As a Chef de Partie within our kitchen team, you are joining at a pivotal moment within the Republic of Irelands history with this brand new tapas restaurant.
Ultimately reporting to the Head Chef, you will support the production of food prep and delivery of service having the ability of jumping right in and flourishing from Day 1.
An all-day-dining menu, this 65-seater restaurant has struck Ballina by storm and our team needs to grow, fast!
Being a Chef de Partie will enable you to learn the basics and climb the ranks with the backing of the hands-on owners and training from the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
You must have worked in a busy environment previously and be able to thrive in a kitchen for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:
- Following instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef, supporting the pass with the designated elements of the dishes served
- Maintaining Health and Safety protocols and adhering to policies implemented with food hygiene regulations
- Ability to work across multiple sections of the kitchen; cold prep, pastry, butchery, sauces, fish etc
- Execute and deliver plates as per spec to the highest standard
- Adhering to Food Allergens and Food Hygiene
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Knowledge of opening and closing down a kitchen on a daily occurrence
- Other business required when necessary
