Full job description We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef De Partie to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes and a commitment to using fresh ingredients. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to health and safety standards. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to recipes. Ensure food is cooked and presented to a high standard. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment. Manage food stocks and supplies. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed. Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join the team at an award-winning restaurant. As a CDP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food is prepared and presented to our customers.
