Berry Recruitment is recruiting for two Temporary Chefs to join a seasonal hospitality operation in West Cornwall.

These positions are available for an immediate start and will run until mid-September. Candidates who complete the full assignment will receive a £250 end of season bonus.

Duties

Preparation and cooking of menu items
Management of kitchen operations during lone-working shifts
Food preparation in line with company procedures
Stock rotation and stock control
Completion of kitchen cleaning schedules
Compliance with food hygiene and food safety procedures
Maintaining kitchen records and documentation where required

Requirements

Previous employment within a commercial kitchen
Ability to work independently within the kitchen
Food hygiene knowledge
Availability until mid-September
Ability to travel to the location or utilise the live-in accommodation provided
