Chef De Partie - £29,016 per annum | Pirbright Near Woking | No late nights
 37.5 hours per week in a structured military kitchen

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality as a Chef De Partie:

Managing and running a designated kitchen section
Preparing and presenting dishes to set standards
Organising mise en place for efficient service delivery
Supporting and supervising junior kitchen team members
Maintaining strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Monitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste reduction
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure consistency

Strong cooking ability within a professional kitchen section
High attention to detail and consistency
