A leading independent education setting is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal produce in a structured, daytime-only environment.
The role offers a rare balance of high-quality cooking and genuine work-life balance, ideal for professionals looking to step away from late nights and double shifts.
The Role:
Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes for daily service
Support a busy kitchen that caters for students, staff, and premium events
Contribute to menu development and new dish creation
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP)
Assist with hospitality functions including corporate events and weddingsWhat They're Looking For:
Experienced Chef de Partie with a background in fresh food, volume catering, or hospitality events
Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen procedures
Confident running a section in a fast-paced kitchen
