Elderly Nursing Home in Colchester
£12.79 per hour
37.50 hours per week
Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Chef to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Colchester.
Package for the Chef but not limited to:
* £12.79 per hour
* 37.50 hours per week
* 28 days of annual leave increasing with length of service (including bank holidays)

About the role:
* Have a minimum level 1 food processing qualification
* Level 3 H&S & Food Hygiene certified
* To supervise the smooth running of the kitchen
* To prepare and cook food for presentation to the service users
* To assist in the planning of menus to achieve and maintain budgeted food cost.
* To comply with statutory regulations concerning food hygiene, COSHH and Health and Safety at Work.
* There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare
