What you'll be doing:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take full ownership of the kitchen, creating fresh, flavourful dishes that keep customers coming back. You'll work mostly solo, with support from a kitchen porter during busy times, and have the creative freedom to shape menus and specials.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
Managing kitchen operations day-to-day
Overseeing and supporting the kitchen porter during peak times
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
Bringing creativity and flair to the menu
What we're looking for:
