Qualifications: 7061 & 7062 or equivalent qualifications (Chef degree desirable)
PVG Required
Proven experience in professional kitchens
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to adapt to different working environments and Cuisines
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekendsYour Responsibilities:
