📍 Kelso, Scottish Borders | 💼 Blue Arrow Recruitment 💷 £17 per hour | 🕒 35 hours per week
Blue Arrow is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a valued client in Kelso for a skilled and efficient Chef to join their on-site catering team for a 12-week contract.
🔹 About the Role
This is a fast-paced, front-facing kitchen environment serving a busy production workforce. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving:
Breakfast: Hot morning rolls with popular fillings
Lunch: Homemade soup, hot main courses, pies, pastries, chips, and baked potatoes
Hospitality Catering: Sandwich platters and finger buffets for board meetings and client visits
The kitchen is open plan, so you'll need to be confident in front-of-house service, maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and work with speed and precision.
🗓️ Shift Pattern
Monday-Thursday: 06:30 - 14:15
Friday: 07:00 - 11:00
Total Hours: 35 per week
