Our client, a leading training provider in the UK, is currently seeking a Chef Coach to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
Coaching learners in their workplace, typically within some of the UK's most renowned hospitality establishments
Guiding learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve their apprenticeship standards
Providing tailored support and progress reviews to ensure learner development
Maintaining accurate records of learner progress in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Developing and adapting training materials to meet the unique needs of learners
Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Job Requirements:
Experience in cooking with fresh food or holding Pro Cook Level 2 qualification
Experience in working in a front-of-house setting
Experience in preparing, cooking, and finishing a variety of fresh and seasonal dishes
Ability to work in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
Strong communication and self-motivation skills
Ability to work autonomously
Desirable Qualifications:
Level 3 Teaching qualification
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery
BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management
Experience in the work-based learning/education environment
