What You'll Be Doing
Coaching learners in their workplace, often with some of the UK's best-loved hospitality brands.
Supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
Providing guidance, motivation, and structured development to help them build career-defining qualifications.
Recording and tracking learner progress, setting goals, and monitoring achievements using a bespoke learner platform (full training provided).
What You'll Bring
Experience preparing and cooking fresh food in a professional kitchen environment.
Front of House (FOH) experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality (or equivalent).
Strong vocational experience within a high-end establishment (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, General Manager, Restrauant Manager or equivalent).
Proven ability to prepare, cook and finish a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes.
Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and thrive in high-demand environments.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Level 3 Teaching qualification (minimum).
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery.
BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
Previous experience delivering training in the hospitality sector.
Experience working with or mentoring apprentices.
