A well-regarded care home in Cirencester is seeking a committed and compassionate **Chef** to join their friendly kitchen team. This role offers a rewarding work-life balance with a structured four-day workweek and alternate weekends off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares nutritious, home-style meals tailored to resident's dietary needs
- Collaborates on seasonal menu planning with input from staff and residents
- Maintains high standards of hygiene and food safety, ideally holding a Level 2 certification
- Ensures efficient kitchen operations and a warm dining experience
Role Details:
- Full-time position: 4 days on, 3 days off
- £28,000 annual salary

Candidate Profile
- Experience in care home, health care, or contract catering preferred
