A high-performing secondary school near Abingdon is seeking a Chemistry ECT to join its outstanding Science faculty in September 2025. This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable trainee teacher to join a team renowned for academic excellence and innovation in science teaching.
The Role
The successful candidate will teach General Science at KS3 and Chemistry as a discrete subject at KS4, with the option to assist at A-Level. You’ll benefit from a team of collaborative colleagues, weekly mentoring, and regular CPD tailored for ECTs.
Key Requirements

A degree in Chemistry or a related science field

PGCE with QTS or expected by July 2025
