The Role
As a Chemistry Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, including GCSE Chemistry
Develop students' understanding of chemical principles, practical skills, and scientific investigation
Use a variety of teaching methods tailored to diverse student needs
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Participate in school science events and extracurricular activitiesPerson Specification / Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching Chemistry in a UK secondary school
Be confident delivering the National Curriculum and GCSE Chemistry syllabus
Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
Have the legal right to work in the UK
