TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established secondary school in Manchester who are seeking a qualified Chemistry Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the potential for A-Level teaching for the right candidate. You’ll work alongside a passionate team of science specialists who share your enthusiasm for inspiring curiosity, experimentation, and discovery in every student.
The successful Chemistry Teacher will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
Have experience teaching Chemistry at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Demonstrate strong classroom management and creative lesson delivery
Be committed to fostering a love of science and supporting student progress
Be available to start full-time from January 2026
