Community Chemotherapy Nurse West Midlands | Up to £44,500 + Company Car or £4,887.50 Car Allowance | Monday-Friday | Full Time Looking for more time with your patients and less time rushing between them? This is an opportunity to step away from the pace of a busy ward and spend meaningful, uninterrupted time with your patients. You'll manage your own caseload, build lasting relationships and deliver specialist oncology and haematology treatments in the environment where patients often feel most comfortable – their own home. Salary up to £44,500 Company car or £4,887.50 car allowance Monday-Friday working pattern No nights, weekends or bank holidays NMC registration paid Private medical insurance (following qualifying period) Pension scheme Life assurance Structured induction and ongoing clinical development Excellent clinical support and governanceThe Role As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you'll manage your own caseload across the West Midlands, delivering safe, high-quality treatment while providing an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) and chemotherapy treatments within patients' homes Administering oncology and haematology treatments safely and in line with national guidelines Completing holistic clinical assessments before every treatment Cannulation, venepuncture and vascular access management Monitoring patients throughout treatment and responding appropriately to any adverse reactions Maintaining accurate electronic patient records and documentation Providing education, reassurance and ongoing support to patients and their families Working collaboratively with hospitals, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of careAbout You You'll be a confident, compassionate clinician who enjoys working autonomously while putting patient care at the heart of everything you do. You'll have: Active NMC registration (Adult Nurse/RGN) Experience delivering chemotherapy or SACT treatments Competency in the administration of cytotoxic drugs Strong cannulation and venous access skills Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills A full UK driving licenceWhy Join?
