Child Protection Conference Note Taker
Location: Civic Campus, Euclid Street, SN1 2JW
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 2+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 13.90 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
Attend Child Protection Conferences and take notes on a laptop.
Compile and produce a clear record of the Conference for distribution within Children Services and to external agencies and families within deadlines.
Transcribe notes to ensure an accurate record.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Independent Reviewing Officers and Team Manager.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle correspondence appropriately.
Contribute to effective service delivery according to the policies and procedures set by the Local Safeguarding Children's Board.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Good note-taking and transcription skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with child protection procedures.
