Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the West Midlands who are seeking to hire a childcare lawyer on a rolling contract for 3 months to cover a permanent recruitment drive.
The position will require candidates to attend non-contested hearings in-person at least once a week - local candidates are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 3 years PQE,
- Have previous experience with IRHs and CMHs,
- Be comfortable holding a reduced, mixed caseload of PLOs and Care Proceedings,
- Be experienced working in the public sector.
