Job Description

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Middlesbrough. They are looking for an Childcare Legal Assistant to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career. Please find below further details with regards to the position.
 
This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella Rate - £16-£18ph
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £14.62 - £16.38

This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.
 
Responsibilities as a Childcare Legal Assistant:

Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
To draft legal documentation, ensure compliance with time limits, process and procedures.
To undertake such other duties and responsibilities, commensurate with the grading and nature of the post, across Legal Services, as may be required from time to time. 
About you as a Childcare Legal Assistant:

At least 3 years Legal experience in Childcare Law
Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
