Job Description

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Registered CQC Manager to set up and manage a brand new Children’s Home! The main responsibilities of this role will include: * Complete set up of the operations * Create a nurturing environment for children & develop care plans for children * Lead and manage a team of care staff * Manage budgets and administrative functions Requirements: * Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care & Young People’s Services & CQC Registered * Knowledge of Ofsted Regulations & Children’s Home regulations * Previous experience with children or adults with Autism & Complex needs * Excellent organisational and communication skills * High level of compassion and empathy & a passion for working with children and young people and be committed to their safeguarding * Full UK driving license preferred * Full DBS checks
