The home caters for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties and they pride themselves on their unique way of working to ensure the best possible outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the home, staff management, recruitment, training and retention and ensuring that all procedures are carried out safely and correctly. This role will be ideal for an experienced deputy manager looking for their first management position.
To be considered for this great opportunity you will need the following:
* Experience of working in children's residential services at deputy or manager level
* NVQ Level 3 children and young people and be wiling to work towards Level 5
* Experience of leading a team within a childcare setting
* Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations
* Driver and car owner
