Children's Registered Manager
Leeds
Up to £65,000
Job Details:
* Children's Home Manager
* Work with RI to safely manage a children's residential care home
* Hold OFSTED registration for children's home
* Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
* Recruit, manage and develop staff team, alongside the HR team
* Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
* Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
* Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures
* Manage quality assurance
* Manage budget
* Working full-time, Monday - Friday, + on-call duties
* Work within a national organisation that specialises in OFSTED regulated support services, offering development and career progression.
* Leeds based
Salary Details:
* Up to £60,000
* + bonuses
Requirement Details:
* Level 5 in leadership and management
