The ideal candidate will be a current Registered Children's Manager or an experienced Children's Deputy Manager looking to advance their career. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all aspects of children's services, ensuring high-quality care and support. - Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. - Manage and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed. - Oversee budget management and resource allocation. - Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people. Essential Skills and Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations. - Proven experience in children's services with a background as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to drive and hold a valid driving license. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
