What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in child protection and safeguarding.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
Proven ability to undertake complex assessments, make critical decisions under pressure, and manage risk effectively within a multi-agency setting.
Strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to guide and support less experienced colleagues.
