As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You are to lead, motivate and manage staff and home resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the home, exceeding regulatory standards. Also, to meet and exceed the key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.
What you will need to succeed:
* Diploma Level 5 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or commitment to work towards.
* At least 2 years supervisor experience within a children’s home.
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager is desirable.
* Good knowledge of Ofsted.
* Good knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
* Strong, energetic leader.
* Computer literate.
* Organised and be able to multitask.
